We discuss topics such as employment, finding purpose, identifying who they are “now”, hidden injuries, mental health, wellness practices, relationships, and life after the military. We interview other veterans and community leaders on these and other current topics. Our goal is to engage, empower, and encourage all listeners to be resilient in their post-military life, or life in general.
